Week of Oct 26, 2026 — Bring Your Own AI Key, Genie in Telegram Groups & foom Trade Activity Windows

Your Genie can now run on your own AI key or ChatGPT plan, and answers you on Telegram in groups too; foom Trade shows buy and sell activity by time window and lets you withdraw your perps cash.

Genie Web App

New

  • Use your own AI key — Choose whether your Genie runs on Deva credits or on your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key, right from Settings. One click opens the form with everything filled in, and you'll see clearly whether the change worked.
  • Use your ChatGPT plan — Connect your ChatGPT account so your Genie runs on the plan you already pay for, and disconnect it any time.
  • Chat with your Genie through your own Telegram bot — A simple three-step card in Settings walks you through linking Telegram, adding your bot and sending your first message.
  • Your Genie in Telegram groups — Add your bot to a group and it answers when you mention it, while reading the rest of the conversation for context. The card shows exactly how to set it up.

  • Clearer model settings — Settings now points you straight to the right place to pick how your Genie's AI is paid for, instead of a model picker that didn't apply.

Fixed

  • Messages to a sleeping Genie get through — If your Genie was asleep when you sent a message, it now wakes up and delivers your message reliably, even across reconnects.

foom Trade

New

  • Activity by time window — Pick 5 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours or 1 day on a token's About card to see buys vs sells, volume and traders for that window. Perps get their own About card with market stats and hourly funding.
  • Withdraw your perps cash too — Your withdrawable balance now includes cash in perps, so you can take out everything in one flow, with fees shown before you sign.
  • Trading walkthrough on the homepage — The homepage plays a short demo of finding a token, checking the chart and placing a trade.

Improved

  • Your positions on every token page — Token and perp pages show your open and closed positions, with the same filters as your profile.
  • Simpler feed filters — Filter the feed by trade size and portfolio size on web, iPhone and Android, and the Feed now has its own spot in the bottom bar.
  • Cleaner screens — Less clutter across the app: no duplicate balance lines, tidier menus and market lists.
